The Air Force denied me for apparent hearing problems. Maybe it’s for the best..
I have a few ideas of where I want to take my life, but for now just one step at a time. Landed a decent job, not a lot of hours at the moment, but it’s still a gig; A fancy restaurant five blocks away, so it’s convenient.

Sure, yeah. College would be an easy thing for me to surpass if I really cared about it, but I dont have the motivation to go through it, to keep on pushing. I feel like I wouldn’t gain much from it, especially since I have no clue what I want to do with my life. Before you make decisions on what you’re going to do, go over it in your head, figure out why you’re making the decision, why its the best decision, and how the decision will effect you. I chose to go to college after school because I felt family pressures and obliged to do so. It was a decision that seemed worth making, much better than sitting around, working for survival. Going to school has been a great trial. I’ve met a lot of great people, had some good times, and got to see what the hype was all about.
This will be my last semester at Virginia Commonwealth University, and I have decided to attempt joining with the US Air Force for several good reasons. It will be a greater experience than I am having at the moment, my mind and body will be active, hopefully for a greater good, money is a plus, and my interests have always lingered with technology and aeronautics. Lets see how things go.

Spring Break has started, and I will be setting a goal. Because of my excessive use of the computer, I will be limiting my use to 3 hours a day, spending the rest of my time enjoying the weather and reading.

I’m really happy right now. Been in the need of some new music, and I have finally found what I have been looking for. Andrew Bird is his name, and he’s bloody talented. Plays guitar, violin, sings, and a few other instruments very well.

Alright, so. There’s something funny that happens within this culture. I’ve brought it up several times with the people I live with, and thought of it again when watching a speech on tv. The phrase that triggered the thought was “We’re going to make this the best damn country we can.”
So lets analyze this.
Dictionary.com tells us more about this word.

There are phrases people say in situations that seem out of place when you really thing about it, such as this:
Something traumatic happens, lets say a car wreck. As a reaction, someone will yell, “Good God!”. Not quite good in this situation.
Just something to think about.

On a different note, its snowing pretty hard in the city. Im stoked about it because the snow has never stuck to the ground since I have lived here, and its been years since I’ve been able to play in it.
